Saudi Arabian telco Zain KSA announced on Sunday its digital platform Yaqoot is partnering with Huawei to upgrade Yaqoot’s BSS to boost operational efficiency and make its digital services more competitive.
Yaqoot aims to remodel its digital infrastructure on more robust foundations by adopting next-gen BSS solutions that enable it to build a more agile operating model to respond to fast-evolving market demands.
Yaqoot said its BSS upgrade with Huawei will help it accelerate development of digital products and services and reduce time-to-market, while also introducing greater flexibility and more personalized offerings.
The upgraded BSS will also improve operational efficiency through more optimized automation and simpler technical frameworks, while supporting advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making and sustained growth, Yaqoot said.
The upgrade could also translate into a better customer experience by providing deeper insights into user behavior, which could enable hyper-personalized offerings and enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints.
Njoud Alshehri, Zain KSA’s executive VP of strategy and innovation, said users will also gain greater control over their digital services through a seamless, fully integrated experience that supports satisfaction and trust.
“Yaqoot is focused on building a modern digital model that keeps pace with our customers’ evolving expectations through strengthening our innovation capabilities and responsiveness and leveraging the latest technologies,” she said in a statement. “We believe this collaboration will transform how we roll out digital services, accelerating digital transformation in the kingdom, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.”
