TrueBusiness – the enterprise arm of Thai telco True Corp – announced on Monday it has launched “True AI Hub”, an AI platform that provides organisations with access to over 50 AI models from more than 10 AI platform providers.
According to TrueBusiness, the platform sports an intelligent recommendation system that suggests AI models and capability based on business objectives, allowing users to access multiple AI models in one place.
The platform uses agentic AI–driven technologies via a partnership with local big data analytics provider EGG Digital to analyse data with deep contextual understanding of consumer challenges.
TrueBusiness said the system can automatically selects the most suitable AI model for each task, with response times faster than 25 seconds, which it says enhances accuracy, reduces costs, and ensures smooth performance.
The platform model also ensures all AI platforms are continuously updated with the latest features and model versions, allowing organizations to leverage the newest AI capabilities.
“Relying on a single AI model is no longer sufficient to address today’s complex business problems, as each model has its own strengths and limitations – whether in data-type accuracy, processing speed, or creative capabilities,” said True Corp’s chief business officer Teeradet Dumrongbhalasitr in a statement.
TrueBusiness said the platform is designed with an easy-to-use web interface, and includes an enterprise management system that provides a dashboard for centralized monitoring, cost control, and security governance.
The True AI Hub also includes an enterprise-grade security mechanism, “Algorithm Guardrail”, that promises to protect organizational data.
“We are confident that True AI Hub will become a powerful tool that empowers and accelerates seamless, end-to-end transformation for businesses in the AI era,” Teeradet said.
TrueBusiness is offering monthly subscription packages to the platform, with the lowest priced at THB399 (around US$12.50) per month.
