Cybercom has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China’s biggest wireless broadband service provider, CECT-Chinacomm. The agreement will cover the assignments aimed to provide a business platform and VAS solutions to CECT-Chinacomm.

Cybercom's office in Chengdu will initially be the main location providing the services.

Chinacomm, situated in Shanghai, is China´s biggest wireless broadband service provider and operates in eight major cities in China. The strategic cooperation agreement also involves the provision of solutions to other strategic partners, including Samsung.

“This agreement is an important step for us regarding our China/Asia-Pacific growth strategy, since it represents an opportunity to work with an ambitious partner with good outlook in providing the next generation wireless services in one of the fastest growing markets in the world,” says Mika Muukkonen.
