Orange Moldova Expands into Residential Fibre Broadband with Incognito Systems

Orange Moldova has selected Incognito Software Systems to accelerate its move into the cable and fibre residential broadband services market.

Incognito will provide triple-play device provisioning and digital home broadband experience solutions to improve time-to-market, enable proactive device and service quality management, and provide a high quality of experience for Orange Moldova’s residential customers.

The solution provides a multi-vendor, multi-access, service-agnostic provisioning and activation platform with a common subscriber service repository, giving Orange Moldova a holistic and scalable approach to address device management and digital home experience needs.

Leveraging the capabilities of the Incognito Broadband Command Center and Digital Home Experience Solution, the offering enables faster time-to-market for new services, improved network insight to proactively address service quality issues, and unified management of home network devices spanning multiple technologies and protocols. Incognito was selected to synergise the Orange Moldova provisioning system with customer care, offering proactive issue management and service assurance for all devices within the digital home.

“In order to meet time-to-market demands in the competitive residential broadband market, we required a flexible device provisioning and management solution that could deliver services to new devices as well as numerous legacy devices,” said Dhiae Mohammed Ali, Deputy CTO at Orange Moldova. “Gaining uniform solutions that can not only deliver triple-play services, but also proactively manage customer experiences and improve customer care efficiencies will provide a launch point for continued expansion in the region.”
