UAE-based operator du has selected Netcracker’s Digital BSS for its digital transformation program.

Du is migrating from a legacy system to a unified platform to support next-generation services and enhance its customers’ experience.

Netcracker’s solution provides the operator with a single platform that can support advanced services while providing support to its B2B and B2C customers. Netcracker will also migrate and replace du’s legacy BSS and Managed Services systems.

Fahad Al Hassawi, Acting CEO at du, said: “We need to become more agile and fast paced in the 5G era so we can exceed our customers’ expectations. Netcracker’s state-of-the-art technology will enable us to achieve this.”
