In setting up and operating Developing Telecoms we have followed four key principles

Developing Telecoms does not charge for access to any of the information held on the site. We do this because we recognise that subscription charges are unaffordable for the people we serve in emerging markets.

#### Focused

Developing Telecoms reports exclusively on developments, new products and services which relate to emerging markets globally.

#### Independent

Developing Telecoms operates independently to deliver information that is objective and impartial.

#### Digital

Developing Telecoms is an exclusively online, digital service. As the world goes mobile, developing and emerging markets should share in the benefits rapid communications brings.
