FTS - RT2i form strategic partnership for African Telecoms Market

FTS a provider of Business Control, Billing & CRM solutions has teamed up with African IT Distributors and Systems Integrator RT2i to focus on the communications service provider market. RT2i, which has recently built an impressive client list in the African telco sector, will market FTS solutions, giving both companies increased depth in the African Service Provider market. Under the agreement RT2i will resell and support the hardware required for FTS solutions as well as provide system integration capabilities to support FTS' end-to-end converged solutions with HP OpenCall.

FTS's flagship product is Leap Billing, which enables providers to charge in real-time for any type of service - voice, video, data or content. It is also a truly integrated pre/postpaid converged solution with fully integrated CRM and billing. Leap Billing is built upon FTS' Leap Business Control and Charging Function (Leap BCCF) patented technology, a highly flexible business rule engine. Furthermore, Leap Billing and Leap CRM comply with the most demanding performance, robustness and availability required from a mission critical system.
