infrastructure software to monetise and personalise services and content for
mobile users, has announced that Digicel Group has selected its CRM Solution to
improve customer care and billing management in its newly acquired El Salvador
operation.
CRM Solution originates from within the company’s turnkey
Converged Billing suite. Since completing its acquisition of the El Salvador mobile operator Digicel Holdings Limited (DHL) in October, Digicel
Group has been focusing on improving the operation's network and customer
services ahead of its imminent launch in the country.
Redknee’s CRM Solution has been purchased to help Digicel
Group improve the billing and customer care environment, reduce operational
costs and deliver better value to customers. Digicel has also selected a number
of Redknee’s applications from the suite of self-care top-up solutions to
improve access and frequency of top-ups by their subscribers.
