No. A fundamental part of our mission is that access to information is free at all levels to site users and will remain so indefinitely. This is for a number of reasons:

• First and foremost, at Developing Telecoms we believe that widening access to information in developing countries is a key means of promoting development.
• We also undertstand that many people in developing countries simply can’t afford subscription access fees at all, even ones which are considered low in developed countries. This applies to businesses and governments as much as to individuals.
• Additionally, surveys consistently show that over 95% of internet users will not pay to obtain information. So as we want to largest possible audience it makes no sense to limit our reach by demanding payment.
