ImageHandsets, Mobile:  Sony Ericsson’s J210 phone is a straightforward device for people whose primary communication style is voice and basic messaging and who have no need for a fully-featured mobile phone. The company is keen to stress what it describes as a phone with stylish looks and a no-nonsense approach.

Designed for every day use, the J210 mixes ergonomics with a simple, intuitive interface. A slim design incorporates a large keypad with joystick for easy navigation, and a 65K colour screen. Speech clarity is provided and a dedicated ring-tone speaker delivers clear sound for incoming calls. In addition, although the J210 is designed with voice communication in mind, it is easy for users to supplement calls with SMS text and MMS picture messaging.

The J210 also helps to manage daily life with practical features as it includes a personal calendar to provide reminders of appointments and an alarm clock. The phone book holds 200 entries and there are a variety of personalised themes, wallpapers an d polyphonic ringtones. Tri-band capability means that users can stay in touch when they are on holiday or on business abroad. Colour choice is silver or green and the J210 comes with strap holder. Accessories include Stereo FM Radio Handsfree HPR-20 and Portable Handsfree HPS-20.
