News, Mobile Virtual Networks, CBOSS, Versatel, Europe: MVNECO GmbH, a German mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) which outsources its end-to-end IT infrastructure-operations to CBOSS Corporation, is actively expanding its customer base by offering European MVNOs attractive high-quality services that require minimum initial investment and operating costs per customer.
 Versatel, a fixed-line operator serving more than 660 000 users, has become MVNECO's first customer. To generate new revenue streams, the operator needed mobile services to create a competitive triple play offering - including internet, telephone and mobile.
