GSM Networks, Middle East, Yemen:   The government of Yemen has invited bids for its third GSM licence.

One certain applicant is Wataniya International, the international operations arm of Kuwait's National Mobile Telecommunications Company. The assignment includes preparation of a comprehensive GSM business plan and the identification of critical issues related to licence conditions. Licence application documents were prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Yemeni regulator and feasibility for Wataniya.
