The recent World Summit on the Information Society in Tunis has provided exceptional food for thought on the future pattern of developing world telecoms.
Many companies and institutions have affirmed their commitment to those areas of the globe desperate for the benefits of communication. Developing Telecoms was formally launched at the event.
