Contracts, Fibre-Optic, Submarine Cable, MENA, Africa, Asia-Pacific: Reliance Communications’ Fibre-optic Link Around the Globe (FLAG Telecom) subsidiary is set to achieve its ambition of becoming the world’s largest IP network over submarine cabling.
