Congolese communities living abroad are now able to make use of internationally extended top up services offered by one of the country’s major operators. MTN Congo Brazzaville has partnered with ezetop to enable Congolese expats worldwide to send top up to any MTN Congo Brazzaville subscriber instantly.
Airtime is available for retail purchase, and the service is available to Congolese subscribers who are roaming. MTN Congo is a subsidiary of MTN, and covers over 80% of the country with a 50% market share.
Mr. David Shackleton, ezetop's Chief Commercial Officer said: “We are delighted to launch our first Congolese operator, MTN Congo Brazzaville, for International top up to Congolese Diaspora around the world. Now Congolese Diaspora will be able to send airtime back home to family and friends in Congo.”
