Caymanone selects Cerillion for turnkey billing

Convergent billing specialist Cerillion Technologies will be supplying Caymanone with a complete CRM and billing solution for its local telecoms network in the Cayman Islands.

The contract will enable Caymanone provide products and services to mobile, fixed line and broadband customers.Cerillion will deliver a complete turnkey solution, implementing the Revenue Manager, CRM Plus, Mediator, Output Streamer and Information Manager products from its pre-integrated product suite.

Low start-up and operational costs are being promoted as key features of the venture.

The Cerillion system is a bundled component solution suite supporting any deployment model: as an end-to-end pre-integrated business support system, from customer through to network interaction; in a mixed deployment, where selected modules may be replaced by third- party applications; or in a pure best-of-breed solution. The system is also fully operational as a complete managed service solution.

Caymanone is currently building a state-of-the-art network to provide connectivity to residential and business customers across the Cayman Islands . A strategic thrust of Caymanone is to improve workforce productivity and transform the way in which people work and live. Its services will include domestic and international voice, mobile, IP and Data. Headquartered in Grand Cayman , the company is building a distribution network across the Islands , with the initial service launch imminent.

Previously active in Antigua and Guyana , the new contract with Caymanone is seen by Cerillion as underlining a commitment to the Caribbean.
