Arab Advisors Group probes Qatar Internet and Datacomm Landscape

Qatar's broadband boom continues apace, with broadband accounts growing by 90% last year to constitute two thirds of all Internet accounts in the country. Qatar's Internet subscriber base has also been growing at strong rates over the past four years. In 2005 Q-Tel added 16,445 total subscribers (a growth rate of 45% in 2005). The total Internet accounts market further grew by 32% in 2006.

A new report - Qatar Internet and Datacomm Landscape - has now been released to Arab Advisors Group Telecoms Strategic Research Service subscribers. The report can be purchased from the Arab Advisors Group for US$950; it has 41 detailed exhibits and provides a detailed analysis of the Qatari Internet and datacomm markets.

The report also features five-year historical and five-year projections on Internet uptake and revenues, providing a detailed and comprehensive picture of Internet market strategies and regulations, e-government, and online content and services landscape.
